Randy Is Home

I am overjoyed to let you know that Randy has returned home from the hospital! He recovered so quickly from the surgery last Monday that he was released from the hospital Saturday evening. All of the doctors were very happy with his excellent progress and the rehabilitation staff told us that there was no need to work with him because he is doing so well. The hospital discharged him around 6pm Saturday, just in time to return home for some dinner.  Randy and Susan spent the weekend together in Danville and enjoyed beautiful blue skies and sunshine after many days of rain. They met with doctors today to discuss future treatments and to prepare for radiation therapy to help with the remaining cancer cells.  Many thanks to everyone's continued love and support, it means the world to Randy and Susan and they are both so very grateful for every little thing. We are taking it one day at a time!
